TENKO TECHNOLOGIES INC. CvSDL LIBRARY LICENSE AGREEMENT

NOTICE: THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("SOFTWARE") IS THE PROPERTY OF TENKO TECHNOLOGIES INC. ("TENKO"). PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING ON THE "I ACCEPT” BUTTON BELOW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AND ALL OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ANY USE OF THE PRODUCT CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

1. Ownership. The Software is the property of Tenko and is licensed, not sold, to you.

2. Grant of License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Tenko grants to you a nonexclusive license to use the Software for the purposes described in the online document "CvSDL for Verilog Users" (the "Manual"). You may freely distribute to others your compiled programs that may include the executable codes provided by the Software.

3. Limitations. You may not distribute to others the Software. You may not reverse-engineer or disassemble the Software. You may not modify the Sofware or merge the Software with other software other than as described in the Manual. You may not disclose or publish performance benchmark results for the Software.

4. No Warranty. The Software is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, title, and non-infringement. Tenko makes no warranty that the Software will be error-free or will perform as the Manual describes. You assume the entire risk for the results obtained using the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Liability. Tenko disclaims all warranties, either express or implied. In no event will Tenko be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business profits) arising out of the use or the inability to use the Software even if Tenko has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
